Due to current weather conditions, all branches will have a two-hour delay and will be opening at 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 4.

To show our appreciation for all of the hard work our employees do every day, ASB will be celebrating with an employee recognition event. All of our ASB Offices will be closing at 3:00 pm on Wednesday September 18th. Our cut off time for mobile deposits and merchant deposits will be 2:30pm to give us time to review and process your transaction. Any mobile or merchant deposits made after 2:30pm on September 18th will be processed on Thursday. As always, our 24-hour Digital Banking Services and ATMs are available. We have been made aware by multiple business customers that an individual by the name of "Adam" is calling posing to be from Athol Savings Bank. The Caller ID is even being manipulated to show our main number. This caller is NOT legitimate, and Athol Savings Bank will never initiate a telephone call to you to seek account information. If you receive a call, please hang up and call us at (978) 249-3200 to talk to a Solutions Center Representative.

We are actively working on a system error this morning which may result in you experiencing a delay in receiving ACH direct deposits to your account. Additionally, our business and personal bill pay system is offline, as is Card Valet. We are working diligently to correct the issue and we thank you for your patience. We will provide an update when the system is restored.

Please be advised that we are aware of issues with two of our fraud hotline phone numbers. If you need to dispute a fraudulent charge on your debit card, call 1-833-809-9874 or our Soultions Center 978-249-3200.

We will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday, Thursday, November 27th. All of us at ASB wish you a safe and Happy Holiday. Our ATMs, Online, Mobile and Telephone banking services are available for your convenience. We will resume regular business hours on Friday, November 28th.
