Our Login ID/Username requirements have changed and your current digital banking Login ID/Username does not meet our updated security standards. Your new Login ID/Username must be between 8 and 26 characters in length with no special characters.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure your Login ID/Username DOES NOT USE a special character. Otherwise, your digital banking login will be considered “non-conforming”.
Special characters include but are not limited to the following:
, . ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + - = [ ] { } ; ' : " / < > ? ~ |
Letters and numbers are not special characters.
Changing your Login ID/Username on the Mobile App
Please follow the video instructions below to update your Login ID/Username on your mobile app.
- Log in to your account on the mobile banking app.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on My Settings.
- Scroll down to username and click Edit.
- Enter your new username and current password and click Save.
Your new username must be between 8 and 26 characters in length with no special characters.
You’re all set! You have now updated your username.
Changing your Login ID/Username on a Web Browser
Please follow the video instructions below to update your Login ID/Username on your web browser.
- Log in to your account on ibankasb.com.
- Click on My Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
- Scroll down to username and click Edit.
- Enter your new username and current password and click Save.
Your new username must be between 8 and 26 characters in length with no special characters.
