2023 Annual Report

The Class of 2023 The Bank’s ASB University, lead by Training Officer Samantha Sansoucy, celebrated the graduation of 12 new Solutions Specialists in 2023. Graduates of ASB University are empowered with the knowledge to assist customers with almost any financial need or challenge. The program provides an enhanced experience to customers, and tremendous professional growth and satisfaction for our Solutions Specialists. Our newest Solutions Specialists are Christine Hart, Bethany Bishop, Alivia Valcourt, Nikki Coe, Taylor Crawford, Danielle St. Hilaire, Frannie Chase, Maria Bosse, Dymond Anctil, Deanna Porter, Amber Wurlitzer, and Karen Cournoyer. Here when you need us: In 2023, we extended our Office hours, giving customers even more convenient access to our Solutions Specialists. Encouraging Our Youngest Customers ASB’s Save$um Banking Program helps students develop money management skills. When our youngest customers become Save$um savers, they learn to save at a young age, and experience the benefit of watching their savings grow. This year, we not only enhanced the online experience for our Save$um Savers (technology is cool!), we also ended the school year by treating all Save$um student-tellers and parent-volunteers to an interactive field trip to In The Game in Peabody, MA.
