MEANINGFUL IMPROVEMENTS Introducing AVA It’s the drive-up banking experience that offers choice: using AVA, customers can speak directly with a Solutions Specialist via state-of-the-art interactive video technology, or can make simple ATM transactions. Currently AVA is available at 388 Main Street in Athol, but in the future AVA’s technology could make it possible for customers in more areas to access live Solutions Specialists— without ever leaving their cars. From adding online features for our youngest customers to unveiling new technology that can change the way our customers bank, 2023 was an investment in meaningful ways to elevate the banking experience, now and for years to come.
